O’NEILL Footwear Europe + Russia

Brandsplus Group, through its subsidiary Pointbreak, has achieved the Design, Manufacturing and Distribution License for O’Neill Footwear as of
SS 2020.

Brandsplus Group is granted the exclusive rights for the European Union, Russia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Turkey.

Brandsplus Group is most proud to expand its broad license portfolio of footwear with this iconic brand O’Neill. Founded in California in 1952, this epic brand stands for a rich heritage in surf, snow and watersport.

Founded in 2016 the Brandsplus Group, with headquarters in Belgium and Germany (Munich), has known significant growth. By taking this next step, the group shows once more its ambitious expansion strategy. Apart from O’Neill, the portfolio of licensed brands includes Pantofola d’Oro, Lee Cooper, Champion Footwear in various European countries and Russia. In addition, the group distributes the FILA brand in Benelux.

Pantofola d’Oro*** Footwear Europe + Russia

Brandsplus proudly announces the acquirement of the Pantofola d’Oro*** rights for entire Europe + Russia (excluding Scandinavia, UK and Italy). Brandsplus previously signed a license contract for Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Czech Republic.

Founded in 2016, Brandsplus has known significant growth. By adding the rest of Europe + Russia to its territory and working on the further expansion of its own European and Asian sourcing and production facilities, Brandsplus illustrates once more its ongoing ambitious expansion strategy.

With headquarters in Belgium and Germany, the Brandsplus existing portfolio of licensed brands includes: Pantofola d’Oro***, Champion Footwear and Lee Cooper Footwear in various European countries. In addition, Brandsplus distributes the FILA brand in Benelux.

LEE COOPER

Brandsplus is the new licensee of Lee Cooper Footwear. Brandsplus acquired the rights for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany and Austria.

Brandsplus, with headquarters in Belgium and Germany (Munich), is already the licensee of Pantofola d’Oro, Champion Footwear and TransCanada in various European countries. In addition, Brandsplus distributes the FILA brand in Benelux.

Brandsplus is proud to add this internationally known jeans brand to its unique brand portfolio. Brandsplus, founded in 2016, took a fantastic start and showed a significant growth since then. By adding the Lee Cooper Footwear license and working on the further expansion of its own European/Asian sourcing and production facilities, Brandsplus illustrates once more its ambitious expansion strategy.

The Brandsplus sales team will start with the Lee Cooper collection as of AW2018. Brandsplus will again rely on its own sales force as well as on its existing network of sales agents. Brandsplus will have showrooms in Germany, Austria and Benelux.
